What I like most about supporting people:

I love to support participants to have choice and control in meeting their needs in a safe manner and supporting those around them to understand 'why' behaviour occurs. As a Team Leader I love supporting my team to advocate for their participants rights and implementing evidence-based strategies, creating low risk scenarios and promoting choice and control for their participants. It is very rewarding to see the team's passion in supporting their participants!
