What I like most about supporting people:

being able to recognise and celebrate the wins (even the "small" ones). Sometimes progress doesn't look huge from the outside, but those moments of growth, confidence, independence, or someone doing something they previously struggled with can mean everything. I find it really rewarding being part of that journey and helping create an environment where those achievements are acknowledged and celebrated.
