I really enjoy being able to positivity impact the lives of people living with disability and find it incredibly rewarding seeing positive changes being applied practically in their everyday life.
I feel that my calm and consistent approach genuinely helps to make people feel safe, respected and emotionally supported.
I understand the importance of treating people with dignity and respect and believe this is why I generally connect really well with the people who I support.
